Harry Reid wanted to have the bill passed by now but the process has been delayed and more than 100 amendments have been added to the bill. Senator Ted Cruz said in a radio interview just today, "It is amazing what hearing from the grassroots can do.  The reason President Obama's gun control proposals were killed, his proposals to undermine the Second Amendment, is because hundreds of thousands of Americans... [communicated to congress their disfavor..." Your faxes to the Senate on amnesty are making a big difference already!
