Memo From Middle America | House Republicans Must Ignore Flown-In “Soros Evangelicals"!

BLOGGERS NOTE: I WILL BE MOVING FROM FACEBOOK TO TWITTER AND BLOGSPOT SOON!
A timely post about from www.Vdare.com about George Soros and Mark Zuckerberg attempting to manipulate the U.S. Congress. This follows this post about the murder in Danvers, Massachusettes. This follows this post about Republican election losses. In the meantime, you can get more involved if you like here and read an interesting book HERE.

Memo From Middle America | House Republicans Must Ignore Flown-In “Soros Evangelicals”!

This Monday, October 28th, the National Immigration Forum, funded by globalist billionaire George Soros, is flying 300 pro-Amnesty “conservatives” from throughout the country to Capitol Hill. Their mission: to persuade House Representatives to support Amnesty for illegal aliens. (See Conservative 'fly-in' aims to sell House GOP on immigration, By Alan Gomez, USA Today, October 18, 2013.)
The NIF’s supporters are the typical Treason Lobby Unholy Alliance: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, FWD.us run by Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook, and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s Partnership for a New American Economy. What are “conservatives” doing is this crony capitalist company?
Ali Noorani, NIF Executive Director, says this “broad collection coming to Washington represents the conservative base of the Republican Party.”
But what is “conservative” about promoting contempt for the rule of law, radical demographic transformation and the eventual establishment of a Democratic one-party Big Government state?
Although Soros describes himself as an atheist, among the 300 Open Borders shock troops are Evangelical Christians, activists from the Evangelical Immigration Table, a bought-and-paid-for Front Group of Soros’s National Immigration Forum. These “Soros Evangelicals” say it’s the Christian Thing To Do and if you don’t jump aboard the bandwagon, you’re a Bad Person. Apparently, in a “good cause,” it’s ok to be judgmental.
I refer the reader to previous articles I’ve written on this disgusting fraud:
See also Bill Barnwell’s Immigration: An Evangelical Approach (December 2, 2006) and Cecilia Davenport’s recent Immigration Enthusiast Evangelicals Squirming After Soros, Treason Lobby Funding Revealed, which recounts the cockroach-after-lights-turned-on reaction by Evangelical Immigration Table  luminaries to the revelation of their Soros connection.
Why are these alleged Evangelical leaders gung-ho for Amnesty anyway?
Let me be clear: as an Evangelical Christian myself, and a church deacon, I absolutely oppose Open Borders Christianity and don’t believe in guilt-tripping Christians into believing it’s a Good Thing. In Acts 17:26, we read that God made “all nations of men for to dwell on the face of the earth, and hath determined…the bounds of their habitations…” So borders are Biblical!
But a number of factors cause this Evangelical immigration enthusiasm. Some see immigrants as a way to replace Americans who have dropped out of the church. Evangelicals in general are more Politically Correct than is generally realized: they have been influenced by the usual trends in society: self-esteem pop psychology, radical egalitarianism, feminism, anti-intellectualism, etc. etc.
And then there’s Worldly Acclaim. Support for Amnesty wins Evangelicals Strange New Respect from a secular Mainstream Media not usually keen to speak positively of Evangelicals. Some Evangelical leaders just like receiving accolades from the MSM.
Not a problem we have here at VDARE.com!
And many Evangelicals, like most of our society, have completely bought into the Civil Rights mythos of the 1960s. Pro-Amnesty Evangelicals see their stance as an opportunity to identify with the Civil Rights tradition and feel good about themselves.
Thus 2008 Presidential candidate and Evangelical preacher Mike Huckabee taught the “Second Chance Doctrine” as governor of Arkansas. According to this idea, enabling illegal aliens today somehow makes up for how blacks were treated in the old days. Quoth Huckabee, “The Hispanic influx gives us a second chance to prove what kind of people we really are."
And Evangelical Amnesty-booster Bill Hamel, president of the Evangelical Free Church of America, says:
I missed the Civil Rights movement, I watched and did nothing and for decades I have regretted those days. I'm committed not to sit this one out.
[Evangelicals Mobilize 100,000 Churches for Immigration Reform, By Ted Hesson, ABC News, January 15, 2013]
So it’s all about Bill Hamel and Mike Huckabee increasing their self-esteem!
But no one group or leader can speak for all Evangelicals. The idea that Evangelicals all robotically follow orders from Evangelical Central is just a Leftist fundraising caricature. Anybody familiar with the Evangelical world knows it’s ridiculous.
There is no equivalent of an Evangelical Pope (not that all Catholics obey the Pope anyway!). Evangelicals don't all belong to the same church, but to many churches.
The American Evangelical world is one of endlessly multiplying and dividing denominations, non-denominations, independent churches and ministries. When individual Evangelicals don't agree with something in their congregation, they will often just quit and join another. Church splits often result in the formation of a new congregation. Even when two denominations merge, the result is often three denominations instead of one, since there is a group in each merging church that refuses to go along with it.
Some churches, like the one I attend for example, have autonomous congregations and no central headquarters. So it would be impossible to formulate an official statement for or against any such resolution.
Notwithstanding the ““Soros Evangelicals”” of the Evangelical Immigration Table, with their big names and favorable MSM coverage, Evangelicals who oppose Amnesty may well outnumber those who do. But they don’t have the MSM support—or the Soros money.
One organization that is doing something, as Cecilia Davenport reported on VDARE.com, is Evangelicals for Biblical Immigration. This group was founded by Kelly Monroe Kullberg, previously founder of the Veritas Forum and President of Christians for a Sustainable Economy, It has its own anti-Amnesty petition, which has been signed by, among others, Vanderbilt law professor Carol Swain and Eric Metaxas (who quite the EIT when the Soros connection was revealed) .
Even Time Magazine, a few days ago, recognized the conflict: Evangelicals Battle Over ‘Biblical’ Immigration [By Maya Rhodan, October 22, 2013].
Evangelicals who support American sovereignty and oppose Amnesty need to speak out within their own churches and denominations. Don’t donate to ministries that have become Open Border fronts, such as Focus on the Family. Don’t succumb to the guilt-tripping propaganda. Be an influence to others—you may well have to educate your minister and other church leaders. Use it as an opportunity to broaden the topic, from Amnesty to the entire National Question as it relates to Christianity.
Point out the damage that mass immigration perpetrates upon both the receiving countries and the sending countries.
Remind leaders that real Christian Charity is not Big Government Welfare or facilitating the demographic invasion of your country. Real Christian Charity is freely giving to others of your own resources, in the name of Christ.
Point out that there are Christians in other countries who also have a responsibility to help the needy in their own country. It’s not all about the U.S.A.
American Christians honestly wanting to help poor folks in other countries should be encouraged to help them there—where their dollars often go further.
Be persistent, because there’s been a lot of brainwashing that has to be reversed. Use the VDARE.COM website archive as a valuable source of information. Our articles cover a wide range of National Question topics and they are well-documented with hyperlinks.
Armed with good arguments and “speaking the truth in love” (Ephesians 4:15) you can combat the globalist propaganda of the ““Soros Evangelicals”” and promote real Christianity—not globalism masquerading as Christianity.
And finally, recall the words of the Lord Himself: “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”.

Has Rush Limbaugh been Zuckerberged?

A very interesting post from www.VDare.com about Rush Limbaugh not covering the Gang of Eight amnesty bill. This follows this post about the "Gang of Eight" amnesty bill S.744 This follows this post about the racial componant of the "Gang of Eight" Bill.  This follows this post about the release of illegal immigrant felons from prison by ICEThis follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! Has Rush Limbaugh been Zuckerberged? (2)

Our Talk Radio Correspondent weighed in yesterday:
Friday, Laura Ingraham...said that she had heard the Zuckerberg immigration ads with Ryan and Rubio on "talk radio". She said that she didn't think they were running on her show and added: “I certainly hope they aren't”. She said she didn't want to make money that way. She said that immigration is by far the most important issue and that she is devoting more than 50% of her time to it. [In contrast, the Zuckerberg ads run at least twice an hour on the Limbaugh show, and I haven't heard him mention immigration since his return from vacation on Wednesday.]
(My emphasis.)

Laura Ingraham – who has clearly emerged as the most important patriotic talk show host this Amnesty cycle - has raised the financial importance of the Zuckerberg Ad campaign before: Laura Ingraham: Zuckerberg Ad Revenue Silencing "Conservative" Talk Show Hosts. And I noted that Limbaugh had fallen silent before he went on vacation:  Has Rush Limbaugh Been Zuckerberged? May 24 2013.

But I believe Limbaugh is too strong financially to be much concerned about the Zuckerberg Ad revenues (although I hope he is charging these skunks a premium price). Furthermore he really understands this issue and can be excellent on it (if erratic).

I think the probability is that he is disgusted. Having taken a very brave stand - Cabal of Leftists and RINOs Attempt to Destroy Heritage Scholar Jason Richwine rushlimbaugh.com May 10, 2013 – he was hung out to dry by the cowardice of the Heritage Foundation and Jim DeMint.

And of course there are so many exciting scandals to discuss. There was a brief moment on Thursday when he curiously shied away from an articulate Amnesty caller: Why Illegals Want Citizenship RushLimbaugh.com June 06, 2013. To his credit he came back after the break he had abruptly declared to accurately say
…why would illegals want to become citizens?  It's called chain immigration.  They can bring in all their relatives without having to pay to have 'em snuck across the border.  They can increase their demands.
However he also said
I didn't get a chance to talk about Rubio may be pulling out of the Gang of Eight.  Not sure if that's true but we'll talk about it tomorrow.
which he did not.

All of us feel disgusted at this process. I hope Rush Limbaugh masters his feelings.

His country needs him.

U.S. Hourly Compensation Falls Most Ever? Gang Of 8 Says Flood Labor Market!

A very interesting post from www.Vdare.com about the U.S. Labor Market. This follows this post about Fox News Pro-immigration bias. This follows this post about the release of illegal immigrant felons from prison by ICEThis follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! For more about what is happening in the nation now click here and you can read the two very interesting books that are shown HERE.

U.S. Hourly Compensation Falls Most Ever? Gang Of 8 Says Flood Labor Market!

The financial blog ZeroHedge flourishes by being more alert and less politically correct than the MSM – like The Drudge Report in better days.
From it I have become aware of the appalling impending student loan crisis as I discussed in Gang Bill Response To Record Student Loan Defaults And Youth Unemployment: Flood Their Market!
Yesterday ZeroHedge supplied what ought to be a lethal news item for the immigration acceleration aspect of the Gang Bill: Hourly Compensation Crashes Most Ever, Labor Costs Drops By Most In 4 Years, Manufacturing Compensation Plummets By 7% By Tyler Durden 06/05/2013
So much for the thesis of declining labor slack and rising labor leverage. Moments ago the BLS reported its Q1 labor costs which poured cold water over all recent hypotheses that the US worker's plight is improving. It isn't… This was …biggest collapse in hourly compensation in well, ever and confirms our observations from the last NFP report that quantity gains in jobs continue to be offset by quality declines in actual worker pay

Such is the market into which the evil Gang of 8 intend to introduce as many as 57 million new immigrants, taking much as half the growth in high tech jobs for instance.

As Peter Brimelow  pointed out in Amnesty Means More Plutocrat Plundering
Although immigration doesn’t benefit Americans in aggregate, it does benefit some Americans—at the expense of others. It does this by increasing competition for jobs and thereby depressing wages...
This explains the extraordinary parade of plutocrats—for example, Mark Zuckerberg, Michael Bloomberg, the Koch brothers—pushing the Gang of Eight’s bill …Basically, they are asking the U.S. government to divert more of Americans’ income to them.
As America’s current immigration disaster is already doing.

Senator Lautenberg Championed His People - But Not Americans

A very interesting post from www.VDare.com about Senator Frank Lautenberg. This follows this post about Senator Mark Pryor.  This follows this post about the release of illegal immigrant felons from prison by ICEThis follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! Senator Lautenberg Championed His People - But Not Americans

Senator Frank Lautenberg 1924-2013 - H/T JTA
Senator Frank Lautenberg of New Jersey died this week. This has provoked a flood of saccharine and basically dishonest obituaries.

VDARE.com’s stern tradition is to speak frankly of the dead. Lautenberg was a nasty evil leftist. His New York Times obituary Frank Lautenberg, New Jersey Senator in His 5th Term, Dies at 89 By Adam Clymer June 3, 2013 says his ADA rating was 94% and documents numerous occasions in which Lautenberg supported using Federal power to coerce State governments, contemptuously ignoring the Founding Father’s federalism. There is no evidence that it ever occurred to him that the system developed by them which enabled him, the son of poor immigrants, to make a large fortune deserved nurturing or protecting – much less respecting. His career NumbersUSA ranking was F.

But the obituaries generally downplay and sometimes ignore Lautenberg’s key achievement, the bestowal of massive immigration privileges on Russian Jews. This is in keeping with the secrecy Lautenberg liked as Peter Brimelow noted in his introduction to Senator Lautenberg And His Stealth Amendment

This spectacular piece of ethnic log-rolling facilitated the entry into America of the favored community and gave them expedited access to the welfare system – which has been repeatedly expanded. It could be seen as the genesis of the Refugee Industry as a whole.

The main contribution made so far to American life has been rampant gangsterism - which of course it is unPC to discuss.

Lautenberg is no loss. Unfortunately there are so many more like him.

WALL STREET JOURNAL Claims Americans Aren't On Fire Over Amnesty—Because Talk Radio Has Been Bought Off?.

A very interesting post from www.Vdare.com about Talk Radio suppressing the immigration amnesty response. This follows this post about lies in the "Gang of Eight" amnesty bill.  This follows this post about the release of illegal immigrant felons from prison by ICEThis follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! For more about what is happening in the nation now click here and you can read the two very interesting books that are

WALL STREET JOURNAL Claims Americans Aren't On Fire Over Amnesty—Because Talk Radio Has Been Bought Off?

In Washington, the Congressional offices are not reporting much activity from citizens opposing the massive Senate amnesty bill and that the phone calls are nothing like what happened during the 2007 victory against anarchy.
On Wednesday, the Wall Street Journal gave the subject a page-top treatment with a photo of citizens speaking out against amnesty in Phoenix:
image
Part of the problem is likely the buying off of talk radio “conservatives” with big-money ad purchases (paid by Facebook billionaire Mark Zuckerberg), particularly of Senator Rubio lying up a storm about how conservative the bill is, how filled with enforcement it is, blah blah. Those ads have run heavily on Rush Limbaugh’s show, among others. Limbaugh has recently begun speaking of amnesty again, but such a death threat to traditional America needs constant reinforcement, does it not? Perhaps he heard from enough irate listeners that buying into the Rubio snake oil is not acceptable.
We Won’t Be Distracted from Amnesty, RushLimbaugh.com Transcript, May 28, 2013
RUSH: By the way, Chris Cillizza’s point, that piece that I was sharing with you about how all of these scandals are distracting everybody away from amnesty, not here. And I just want to reiterate with all of these things that are going on, amnesty is the biggie, folks, because if amnesty is achieved, then all the rest of this is academic, and we basically have a one-party government and country for at least a generation. By the way, Chris Cillizza, even in his story, Chris Cillizza’s point was that the IRS scandals were distracting talk radio from raising the alarm about amnesty. He admitted that it was talk radio that stopped amnesty in 2007.
Chris Cillizza, the Washington Post. And he said all these other scandals — Benghazi, IRS — are providing cover for amnesty, got talk radio distracted, so they know where their real problems lie. Cillizza admits it. But here’s the point. The amnesty bill, as it’s written, or the pathway to citizenship bill, delays citizenship for a number of years. That’s why you’re hearing pathway to citizenship. Well, what’ll happen, the theory is — and it’s a good one — what’ll happen is if the law is passed, then it’ll immediately be challenged, that this citizenship provision is unconstitutional. You can’t bring these people out of shadows. You can’t grant them this. You can’t do that. They’re citizens now, and all you need is one Obama judge, one liberal judge, and they’re not hard to find these days, and, bammo, you’ve got instant citizenship, instant voting.
imageFAIR recently posted a list of 40 things wrong with S. 744 which could be helpful talking points, but the important thing callers should be saying is that the bill hurts American workers and taxpayers, and they want it voted down. Legalizing lawbreaking is no way for a great nation to deal with a vexing problem.
Here’s the text of the WSJ article:
Immigration Bill Slow to Stir Foes’ Passion, Wall Street Journal, May 28, 2013
Fierce Backlash That Derailed 2007 Overhaul Bid Has Yet to Materialize, Though Opponents Vow to Intensify Campaign
Grass-roots activists were instrumental in derailing the previous attempt by Congress to overhaul immigration laws, in 2007. This time, they have yet to ignite a similar fire.
Coordinated rallies last week to oppose the current bipartisan immigration legislation drew sparse crowds, with fewer than 10 people showing up for a protest in Dover, Del. The number of phone calls to lawmakers’ offices opposing the bill has been a fraction of what it was six years ago. As a discussion topic on conservative talk radio in recent weeks, immigration has ranked behind issues such as Syria-Israel tensions and President Barack Obama’s speech on counterterrorism.
“This time I am getting this sense of resignation,” said Rusty Childress, a veteran opponent of illegal immigration in Phoenix. “We have to awaken the sleeping giant.”
The current immigration bill, introduced by a group of senators known as the “Gang of Eight,” would provide a pathway to citizenship to about 11 million people illegally in the U.S. and create new work-visa programs. It also would require beefed-up border security and employment verification before steps to legalize undocumented immigrants could kick in.
Opponents of the bill say that, like the 2007 effort, it amounts to amnesty for law breakers and doesn’t stanch the flow of illegal immigration. Adding legalized immigrants to the workforce would disadvantage jobless Americans, they say.
But this year’s bill hasn’t stirred as much opposition. It has more support from mainstream Republicans eager to improve the party’s standing with the fast-growing Hispanic population, and from many evangelical Christian leaders. Also, a steep drop in illegal immigration in recent years has meant fewer television images of migrants sneaking into the country.
Even so, prospects for the bill’s passage appear mixed. The Senate legislation hasn’t yet been tested in that chamber, and efforts by a bipartisan House group to write a similarly broad bill haven’t succeeded. The path to citizenship provision of the Senate bill could prove particularly troubling in the House.
Meantime, opponents promise to intensify their campaign. Mr. Childress leads “Remember 1986,” a group named after the year of the last big immigration overhaul, signed by President Ronald Reagan. The group sponsored the coordinated rallies last week, many of which were dwarfed by larger protests the same day against the Internal Revenue Service over its scrutiny of conservative nonprofits. Mr. Childress said his group would start targeting a tea-party base that he said is “newly energized” since the IRS news broke.
A fierce backlash against the bill six years ago ultimately spelled its demise because it prompted lawmakers such as Georgia Republican Sens. Johnny Isakson and Saxby Chambliss, who helped draft sections of the measure, to withdraw support. “The backlash began as soon as an outline for a bill was announced, and it was relentless,” said Joan Kirchner, a top aide to Mr. Isakson. Neither of the Georgia senators has taken a public position on this year’s bill.
In recent weeks, Mr. Isakson’s office has been receiving about 100 calls a day compared with as many as 2,000 a day in 2007. The volume is expected to rise if a bill reaches the floor, Ms. Kirchner said, “but signs are it won’t be as intense.” Activists said they are planning a protest outside Mr. Isakson’s Atlanta office in early June.
Michael Harrison, publisher of Talkers, a talk-radio trade magazine, said many influential hosts have “moved on” to discuss gun control, health care and other “hit topics” because “the public’s attitude is different on immigration.”
Alan Ogushoff, who made protest calls to Mr. Chambliss’s office in 2007, often several times a day, said he remains a foe of any legalization. But, the avid listener of conservative talk radio said, “I’m just going to let this happen and move on; I’m burned out fighting it.”
Roy Beck, president of NumbersUSA, a national group that channeled grass-roots opposition to the 2007 bill into a barrage of calls, faxes and emails to lawmakers, agreed “there may be some fatigue” now. Still, the group over the weekend said it unveiled TV and radio ads opposing the bill in 18 states. One radio script warning of the dangers of adding more potential workers says: “Jobs—20 million of our friends, family and neighbors still can’t find one.”
Groups pressing for an immigration overhaul, such as businesses and undocumented youngsters, also have been more vocal. The Evangelical Immigration Table, made up of leaders of Christian organizations, this week will launch another round of national radio ads to promote the overhaul.
“This time, there is not as much emotion on our side,” said Mr. Beck of NumbersUSA. But, “I don’t know if that means there is less resolve.”

Limbaugh Talking Immigration Again

By James Fulford
We've had mostly bad news or no news on Rush Limbaugh's immigration coverage, but today, according to a friend who listens to talk radio, he's paying attention:

Limbaugh was talking about immigration in the last half hour of his program.

(He must be getting calls complaining about the new Zuckerberg ad.)

According to him, the immigration bill is about three things:

(1) votes—the Democrats know they're going to get them and the Republicans think the bill is going to pass and they have to get on board.

(2) cheap labor.

(3) the Democrats want a permanent underclass. In his discussion, Limbaugh mentioned low ability as a problem with the immigrants.

"Is there anything else this could really be about? Not to me."

Laura Ingraham: Zuckerberg Ad Revenue Silencing "Conservative" Talk Show Hosts

A very interesting post from www.VDare.com about Laura Ingraham exposing Facebook's CEO using his influence and money to increase immigration. This follows this post about America becoming like Mexico in many ways. This follows this post about the release of illegal immigrant felons from prison by ICEThis follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! Laura Ingraham: Zuckerberg Ad Revenue Silencing "Conservative" Talk Show Hosts

Laura Ingraham: Champion for America
In the opinion of our Talk Radio correspondent, Laura Ingraham has emerged as the Patriotic leader in this venue on the Amnesty/Immigration Acceleration Bill.

Today she said the unsayable. Our man’s version
Laura Ingraham: Certain people are bought and paid for. And I would submit that applies to media figures as well.... This [Zuckerberg ad] is playing on a conservative radio show? How much are they dropping on conservative radio shows.... Some of the conservative radio folks have clammed up. Where are they?

Huge money is being spent repeatedly broadcasting the Zuckerberg/Rubio lies. The IRS commotion gives the suspects an easy excuse. Any alleged conservative host running this propaganda and avoiding the Gang Bill needs to be questioned.
Patriots should call them!

Ingraham specifically excepted Mark Levin. Breitbart carried a powerful story on Levin last night:  Exclusive--Levin: McConnell 'Orchestrating' Immigration Bill 'from the Shadows' by Matthew Boyle May 21 2013

Make no mistake, the ruling class wants to ram this down our throats, and that includes the GOP so-called leaders.
Laura Ingraham is not carried everywhere. A good way of accessing her in the internet is to go to the Tunein.com site and search for “Laura Ingraham Show”. Alternatively search there for WTNT.
